*the objection to calling Wolfowitz a Likudnik is often raised, that he believes in a Palestinian state. But even Sharon says that. Wolfowitz is probably closer to the Sharansky faction in Israeli politics (which is in coalition with Likud) than to Sharon, but he is still on the Right and would not exactly vote Labor.

The real objection is that Wolfowitz is an American. He is not an Israeli, and doesn't belong to any of their political parties. The fact that he is Jewish doesn't make it kosher to call him a Likudnik. To which Israeli faction does Senator Lieberman belong?

Juan's reply to "objections" to his "israelisation" of Wolfowitz is to discuss his proper "placement" within the Israeli political spectrum. This is plain Antisemitism.
