Hey how would you guys go about buying real estate right now? I am looking at a chunk of land (undeveloped) in northern MN. Obviously prices have gone up quite a bit there too. If rates were to uptick, values/prices would probably decline. However you'd be paying more for the loan. Would the decline offset the amount wasted on higher interest rates? Or avoid it all together and just wait it out..
