robert, i wonder how much profit amd will make by working with IBM. i'm sure amd had to almost give their chips away to ibm. also, any chance ibm having these aptivas in stores by christmas? they already missed the back-to-school season, and from what i'm hearing, amd is continuing to have yield problem with K6, and that's with .35m. one thing is for certain: ibm wont piss intel off too much because of their dependence on Intel for PCs, laptops, workstations, etc....These are practically the only lines of business growing for IBM. just my opinions. joey
