John Kerry Has Outpatient Surgery; Fixes Flip Flopping Disease

John Kerry underwent a new outpatient procedure in the Massachusetts General Hospital to fix a little known disease that mainly affects politicians, regardless of race, color, sex or political party affiliation, Flip Flopping Disease.

"This is a terrible disease." Stated the President of Flip Floppers Anonymous, John Ichangmimind, "One day you say one thing, then the next day you say another. It affects your personal and professional relationships. And if you are running for office, it may potentially affect the outcome of the election you are running in."

"I've had this disease for years" stated a very healthy looking and happy John Kerry after his procedure during a press conference, "I just never confronted it. I feel great though. What I hope is that from this day on, what I say today, will be the same thing that I said yesterday. This procedure, which is still experimental, is supposed to improve my memory so that I don't backtrack on something I previously said."

"I just wished they had this procedure when I was in office" stated ex-President Bill Clinton; "It would of saved me from getting into a lot of hot water!"
