Per: This note is directed to one frequent promoter of NMAX on this thread. He e-mailed me asking to take all "negative comments" about NMAX off the thread and post these personally to the person that querries me. Well that person apparently wants this thread to consists of a chorus of promoters of the stock sucking in less than well informed by-standers to bring the price up, this E-mailer, and he knows who he is, is a simple hyper. I will not abide by his request as polite as it was. If you people were listening to me when Marty first asked that I look at this stock at $.75, you would not have found yourself holding paper that has been as low as 10% of that price and is likely to go to much lower prices. A company that refuses to be upfront with its stockholders, uses veiled misinformation and does not even let you know the basic ownership rights and its distribution between you the stock holders, Stamm the inventor (I presume) and Petroclas, the original "investor", is not worth investing it. It is your roght to know and there is absolutly no valid reason, except pure FRAUD for management not to disclose this information. As I have stated as late as last week when the stock was still at 30 to 40 cents, the pump phase is over and the dump phase has started. Will they go foe another run? Probably yes. Will they let you know at what point they willstart the next run (7 cents, 3 cents 1 cent?) No, and they will play with your greed over and over. I am sorry for the newcomers to this company buying all these shares dumped on them at 40 cents and seeing their investment halved in less than a week. If my posts can keep one person from losing its hard earned money on this scam, I will feel good about the wasted time on this thread. Zeev
