Is there any source for help on Q-Charts baby brother, LiveCharts? I have not been able to get charts all morning, and AskUSLive does not respond. There is no phone number. Trying to send an outage report via the webpage form leads to a "page does not exist" message. The system status page is a joke. This morning the same "LiveCharts is currently experiencing connectivity issue affecting some of our clients. Our Operation team are currently working on resolving this problem ASAP." was there fro 3/29. At 9:30 they changed the date. I don't want tech support - just my charts without any hassle. If you have a problem, tell me. Why is this so hard.
