No idea, I give up them, they are complete idiots. Why a board would continue to pay the former ceo another few $ hundred grand is beyond me.
(I think I did read that they were going to pay him his salary for another year, am I correct on this?)
If they had some balls they would have cut his salary off and just simply said sod-off..
He must be good at oral....
