I suggest you read the Kay report, as there is plenty of evidence of WMD programs, an active program to deceive the inspectors and hundreds of Violations of the various UN resolutions. The Inspectors never would have found any of it, per Kay. The only thing that was not found was WMD stockpiles.

This all of course is completely besides the point. The UN is not favorable to the US and should not be permitted to control US policy, which is exactly what Kerry says he would have done.
