Now I suppose you could say that this is related to outsourcing, but I don't see it.

My startup company is adding in india and I see that as a problem. The management is here and workers there, pretty typical now. Of course you can never effectively manage a technical team without "paying your dues" so to speak so with no entry level positions here it is only a matter of time before we lose these industries. Anyway none of this matters because nothing will be done until the elections regardless of the jobs numbers because the US financial team has a way out with the "household jobs" report. Then if things remain as they are with no jobs we will have new management and a new strategy to deal with this, and of course the inevitable "cure worse than disease" possibility. The other outcome is that jobs pick up and republicans stay in. But if we do see a jobs pickup it has to be in the next 3 mos for current leadership to stay in my view because by the summer any pickup will be too little too late.
