ST and SST to raise NOR flash prices 10-15% in 2Q digitimes.com Hans Wu, Taipei; Jack Lu, DigiTimes.com [Thursday 1 April 2004] STMicroelectronics (ST) and Silicon Storage Technology (SST) both plan to raise low-density NOR flash prices by 10-15% in the second quarter, according to sources at IC distributors. Tight NOR flash supply is expected to extend into the third quarter on seasonal demand pick up at the Chinese consumer electronics makers, which are preparing for the strong season in the second half of this year, the sources said.
