Dear Folks, This post after my last one is unfortunately not one i dreamed or ever wanted to make. However in his honor and for his family and closest friends, and in honor for all those currently in harms way, I feel obligated. I know that many of you had the honor and privilege of meeting and knowing Scott Helvenston, sealtraining.com, he along with others in law enforcement provided security ,if you recall, at the seminar back in 1999 and was beggining to learn about the markets, I remember his days in my office and hanging out as if they were yesterday. More importantly however, Scott was a devoted father of 3, and had the honor of being the youngest Navy Seal ever in the United States, according to US records. You are all I'm sure watching and or saw the horrific events of the ambush of the soldiers and Contracted workers sent by the US to IRAQ on TV today in Fallujah. Words cannot express the horror and in-humaneness of what occurred to these individuals. I am sorry to report that Scott Helvenston, Ex Navy Seal and Govt Contracted worker was one of the 4 in the burned out SUV. His death is a blow to me, my family, most of all his children, mother, brother and surving relatives, girlfriend and ex-wife. For those who followed this thread for years, and the hundreds that met him, this brings what's really going in the world much closer to home. So, to Scott, I will miss you and pray for you and hope that your family can get through this tragedy, with the peace of mind that he died a Hero by definition and in my eyes. I only wish there was more I could do. But in the end, we all come from dust and shall return to dust. So the saying goes " The good die young" is once again re-inforced. Farewell my friend & may God bless and have mercy on your soul. Your Friend, Anthony ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENT & EXPERIENCE
