Saddams plan was to begin production as soon as the inspectors were gone, and sanctions lifted. You may not care about why he was hiding and maintaining these programs, but most americans certainly do. They also care about him harboring terrorists, and if those who supported Clinton in Kosovo are honest, they care about the mass murder as well.

I understand very well your need, and the media's need to downplay the bulk of the Kay report. You can count on it that I will not. I will discuss it factually and in context.
