Most in U.S. Back View Bush Was Lax on Terror -Poll This poll is more favorable to Bush than I would have expected. It means his base support is holding at least as far as this poll is concerned. I suspect the numbers from the Council of Excellence in Gov't poll are more accurate because they look like where Bush's ratings should be right about now. I will be interested to see the numbers from a poll done after the Fallujah attack. ted
