Again the problem with music 'sharing' is that it takes the revenue away from the business-

The lack of revenue scares away talent and brains and the industry suffers, just like any other business would-
That is why music sucks nowadays-

Call it what you want, file sharing is taking something from people for free, when they would rather get paid.

I think that is known as theft but musicians always get screwed anyways, unless they have a tough lawyer kicking around......
