Clinton golfed on 362 of his 2,920 day presidency. He attended 1,211 fund raising events. He spent 672 days on 'vacation'.

Something tells me he had time to work on the terrorism problem. Especially when offered OBL on a silver platter.

There is no excuse for the failure of Clinton no matter how hard your party of hate tries to excuse his dismal performance.
