Oil Stocks: Current issue of Barron's has an interview with Art Smith of John S. Herold Inc. Stocks he likes are: finance.yahoo.com On his avoid or sell list: finance.yahoo.com I'm guessing all these stocks will do okay if oil prices continue upward. Correct or not, this simplistic view makes it easier for me to diversify among the various companies. (I'm not looking to select the best to get optimum performance gains. Okay is good enough for me.) So far this week, I've sold a little PTR, I started a position in TNT, and I bought today a very little COP. Would've been nice had I bought when it was mentioned here, but I did not.
