For what its worth, with a big number around the corner, I generally stay flat or at minimum, am unlikely to start a new long or short position.

EOD traders who do not have the luxury (or eternal damnation) of being in front of a trading terminal all day really can't afford the whipsaws.

I think a better use for the high leverage stuff would be to join a trend when it has started. There are plenty of techniques for doing that... but the key is to wait until a trend (or at least a swing) has started.

Just a thought.

QQQ long trade up 5.14% so far since entry - decided to risk the profit and remain long. This may all change tomorrow. I figure the worst case is I lose some (perhaps a big chunk) of the profit, but none of the capital.

6 days up now, its either going much higher or the swing is about to end.
