Did the whitehouse censor Clarke's book?

I haven't read Clarke's book but I have heard there is no mention of accused 20th hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui in it. Can anyone who had read it confirm this? You would think the Moussaoui story would be one of the main items someone would point to if they were making a case that junior or our intelligence agencies weren't doing all they should have about terrorism prior to 9-11. Moussaoui was apprehended less than a month before 9-11 while he was taking flying lessons to fly a jumbo jet. He had requested to only learn to fly the plane and had no interest in learning to take off or land.

The whitehouse looked the book over for several months before finally giving approval for Clarke to publish it. Did they have censor power? Could they have censored this and/or other things? I suspect they did and will not allow Clarke to tell the public about it.

Another thing I have read but can't confirm is that if the government uses any part of the patriot act against someone that person is forbidden to tell anyone about it. Could this be the reason Clarke has never been mentioned censorship? Did they have censor power? Could they have censored this and/or other things? I suspect they did and will not allow Clarke to tell the public about it.
