up day for IBII .0009 x .0011 - noticed HILL mm moved to the bid with .0016 for a few seconds before settling in at .0008 ........ a little imbalancing act of some sorts.... hmmm or perhaps just a software glitch on HILL mms machine ... something out of the ordinary observation.........
