Jim read this essay, this is the reality we face! You already knows this as do many on this thread, but can you say it is gonna get ugly soon! I love the part about whom you gonna "sell too" - this is the main point so many miss!!!! There will be no chairs left at the table and many will be left STANDING, out alone in da cold!
