Your asking the wrong person. The janitors at my company make 17$ and do not have to do windows they have a pension and 401K. They sit around all day and talk about their next vacation. Ups part time workers are way underpaid by that measure. Ups rakes in at least 1bil in profits and they are privately held by some family. The salary workers own a small part of the company. You know where their loyality lies.
