They also diverted assets that could have been used to strike at Al Qaeda to an unrelated war which they had planned since they entered office. Question: When the Bush admin first struck at Al Qaeda and the Taliban, did they intentionally limit the resources devoted to the action because they planned to use those resources in the Iraq theater?
