I downloaded the s26p3_preprint from R. D. Wesel, and J. M. Cioffi,
" Joint Interleaver and Trellis Code Design," to be in proceedings of
Globecom 97, Phoenix, AZ, November 3-8, 1997. At ...
ee.ucla.edu
I can't find a program to read it . I tried Acrobat and my viewer
program. No luck.
It looks like someone spilled Cioffi all over it. I wonder if Cioffi
spilled over onto the other papers as well.
