NEWS FLASH: RadiSys, Microsoft & IBM Announce Joint Venture

Three Technology Giants have teamed up to build a new chip that will
revolutionize the personal computer industry and put an end once and
for all to the shenannigans on Wall Street caused by short selling of
selected stocks. Glen Myers of RadiSys Corporation has announced that
RSYS will be the industry's first so called "guinea pig" to be affected
by this new technology. If it proves successful with RSYS the entire
technology sector traded on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange will be next in
line to benefit from this incredible breakthrough.

The new chip is called the "Super Duper Short Seller Snooper Scooper"
and will be installed on every new personal computer manufactured on
earth. Basically, this is how it works. Whenever some hot shot fires
up his/her computer and sends in a short order to the Nasdaq Market,
the new SDSSSS chip will automatically scramble the order and in its
place enter a long buy order for 1000 shares of RSYS stock at exactly
1-1/2 points above the current ask price. The trade will then be
randomly attributed and added to the account of one of the current
long stockholders in RSYS and charged to the account of the individual
placing the short order.

Engineers at IBM say they have worked out nearly all the bugs in the
new chip and the New Products Division at RadiSys has tooled up in
manufacturing to produce two hundred thousand prototypes of the SDSSSS
chips for immediate installation in all IMB's new personal computers.
Bill Gates of Micosoft Corporation has a team of 100 of his finest
engineers working day and night to develop new software that existing
pc's can download from the internet to perform the same function as
the new SDSSSS chip.

If everything progresses according to schedule, Myers believes the
price of RSYS stock should climb to the mid 80's by the end of the
third quarter of this year. At that time the company will announce
a three to one stock split for shareholders of record as of Aug. 21, 1997.

DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY! IF YOU DON'T OWN RADISYS STOCK TODAY, BUY SOME THIS WEEK! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

P.S. (Don't forget to buy it "long". Some of the new chips have been circulating as a virus and may have already invaded your computer!)
