RE: Insider Selling By law insiders sales have to be recorded with the SEC by way of the Form 144 by the second week of the month following the sale. So, it could be about a month in a half before the sale is known, if it is timed right. I check this free site: insidertrader.com for buying and selling. I haven't checked for Oilex specifically.
