They probably don't have enough VECO or TER stock in their war chest, so they are trying to talk down 2 companies that have been performing as well or better then expected. They fail to recognize that TSM is not as attractive to most people - almost purely a commodity type play and that A has come a very long way in a short period of time.

Personally, I think all 4 stock will do well over the next 4 or 5 months but BoA likes to see their own words in print. They seem to be shouting the loudest lately, not that anyone is really listening anymore.
