Great link, GOD. -g

I can report from "anecdotal" experience that small (Sub-S incorporated) businesses are required to pay state "franchise" taxes. Not a small percentage, usually.

I'm wondering if the "big guys" such as MOT, CPQ/HWP (what's that ticker now?), HAL, for example, in your city of Houston are also able to legally avoid THOSE taxes as well?

The checks in Texas are addressed to the Texas Comptroller, whom, strangely enough, is the fat mama of Bush's current mouthpiece, Scott McClellan. Carole Keeton Rylander McClellan is her current name.

She runs through men as fast and aggressively as she outgrows her dress sizes and political offices, it seems.
