Thanks... according to the blood type diet however, wheat is really pretty much an "avoid" for most of the planet. Interesting eh? I'm doing sprouted or spelt at the moment.. all local. There are tons of good breakfast grains available, both hot cereals and cold. In any case, being a type B, I'm a marginal 'Atkins' candidate... type o's do best with that one. DAK
