You will notice that I didn't comment on it. I thought I would let others pick up on the false premises and fallacies.

The problem with it criticising it, of course, is that you get into a technical argument about the various "standards" used in figuring pollution from the plants, and the slant of the author about what went on. Too complex to get any clarity here. I will wait to post a reply by an "expert" for the other viewpoint.

The result of all this regulation, of course, is that no one builds power plants or refineries where and when they are needed. And we all pay for the results in shortages.
