An interesting line from Intel's 10-K/A

U.S. income taxes were not provided for on a cumulative total of approximately $7.0 billion of undistributed earnings for certain non-U.S. subsidiaries. The company intends to reinvest these earnings indefinitely in operations outside the U.S.

I assume this is in reference to the practice of some large (profitable) US corporations who keep substantial cash offshore where it isn't taxed rather than repatriate it and let Washington piss a large percentage of it away. Does anyone know if this figure is reported as part of Intel's cash holdings?
