Kerry, as a young man voiced his concern over a bad war and his concern over the treatment of vets. At the same time, Shrubbery was getting drunk and being AWOL from his National Guard Duty. How anyone can say that Shrubbery's actions were better than Kerry's back then is astonishing. Only those who have no character would say that.
