You're right about the integration of new products. I had in the back of my mind some current and/or future wanna be success stories. Upon studying my notes, I realized that the integration I was thinking of is not the same as integration you commented about.

All of the integrations I had in mind have more to do with allowing products to "talk to" each other, or in some fashion work seamlessly with each other (which I now realize is not what you were thinking of.) Vantive hopes to be successful incorporating Mircsoft's Outlook 97 with their product. Several companies (Clarify, Scopus and another I can't remember) are hoping this Fall to be successful using a CrossRoads product to faciliate communication between front office and back office software. My guess is that almost every company is going to soon be employing push technology, and probably none willl be developed internally by those companies.
