Thanks, SI Dave, your thoughts/etc re franchise taxing of global/interstate corporations.

Seems to me that if corporations get out of that one, too, (state and local taxes) they are contributing virtually NOTHING to the US communities in which they operate. Particularly the big techs. Ship the jobs overseas; offshore divisions are created even if necessary now to avoid all Federal taxes.
