I know what the Southwest Freeway looks like as it passes by Texas Instruments, for a local example in your area.

Should TI be exempt from paying any state and municipal taxes that are used to keep that freeway usable? As well as the surface roads throughout the mind-boggling sprawl of Houston and its surrounding suburbs/counties?

Corps RULE. At the direct expense of the PEOPLE LIVING in the communities that permit these companies to "do business."
