Brinker's lying isn't in a court of law so different rules apply. Too bad, he might like a change of pace from his bunker in Henderson.

Brinker talks about his returns.
Brinker gets those returns by making investments.
Brinker talks endlessly about his good investments.
Brinker doesn't talk virtually never about his bad investments and even hangs up on those callers who do.

Brinker's skill is judged by the size of those returns. Since his bad investments aren't included in his gabbing, the returns that he is presenting are...A BIG FAT LIE.

Hey bud, this house just had a paint job and all new appliances. Hey bud, what I'm not telling you is that it was totally flooded and behind that paint is an inch of mold and lots of creepy crawlies.

There are laws about such things for good reason. There is a law, from the SEC, about touting good returns without revealing bad ones.
