Your asking the wrong person. The janitors at my company make 17$ and do not have to do windows they have a pension and 401K. They sit around all day and talk about their next vacation. Ups part time workers are way underpaid by that measure.

So, because the janitors make $17/hour does this make the UPS workers underpaid, or are the janitors overpaid? This is the key question. A Union will always answer that one way and one way only.
