If anyone is disingenuous in the debate, it is Planned Parenthood who is in the business of selling abortions. It's my personal opinion that third trimester abortions are infanticide. Glad to hear that. That should be obvious to everyone. Is it your personal opinion that first trimester abortions or the morning after pill should be a matter between a woman, her man, and her physician? While I disapprove of all abortions at a moral and religious level, limiting abortion to the first-trimester would be more in tune with American opinion than an all or nothing stand. There are a number of things that I disapprove of at a moral level that I recognize does not meet the threshold to make illegal in our culture. However, I don't believe it is acceptable for the ethical and secular opinion to be separated by more than the first-trimester. That said, if my daughter were to become impregnated though no choice of her own, I would encourage her to see it through. That also means that I would be putting my money where my mouth is because of her age. * * *
