This is true we could have procastinated for ten more years. How about procrastinating it by 5 more months? Nothing significant could have happened during that time is it? I agree that a lot can happen if we procrastinate it for ten years. Gadaffi's Libya is an example where sustained economic sanctions worked. In fact Saddam destroyed his WMDs during the economic sanctions. Who knows what he would have done for the next 10 years. Looks like you seem to know and I wonder how you know that.
