James > Bush is the flag but who exactly is the flagpole?
I'll tell you this: if Dick Cheney is not the flagpole himself, which I very much doubt, he knows exactly who it is.
He is the highest official involved in the Office for Special Plans --- the agency set up for the manufacture of the fraudulent intelligence prior to the Iraq war. In other words, to take attention from bin Laden and put it on Saddam. It is therefore clear that since he had a vested interest in the outcome of 9-11, as did his co-conspirators, he/they must have had a vested interest in bringing 9-11 about or, at the very least, in not preventing it.

>>>According to former Bush officials, all defence and intelligence sources, senior administration figures created a shadow agency of Pentagon analysts staffed mainly by ideological amateurs to compete with the CIA and its military counterpart, the Defence Intelligence Agency.
The agency, called the Office of Special Plans (OSP), was set up by the defence secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, to second-guess CIA information and operated under the patronage of hardline conservatives in the top rungs of the administration, the Pentagon and at the White House, including Vice-President Dick Cheney.
The ideologically driven network functioned like a shadow government, much of it off the official payroll and beyond congressional oversight. But it proved powerful enough to prevail in a struggle with the State Department and the CIA by establishing a justification for war.<<<

>>>Novak Intelligence Leak: All Roads Lead To Cheney By William Francis (PP) Oct 18, 2003 Regarding the Wilson intelligence scandal: We need to realize that everything Bush, Novak, and McClellan are SAYING is absolutely true. But everything they're telling us is a lie. We have to remember to listen carefully to the exact words.
Novak originally said that the information about Wilson's wife came from, "two senior administration officials." this is true.
Novak also says that, "Nobody in the Bush administration called me to leak this." this is also true.
There is one man in the world who is BOTH a senior administration official, and does not release information from the administration (from the White House).
There is one man in the world who is a senior administration official, but is not officially (constitutionally) a member of the administration.
There is one man in the world who invested his reputation and resources in the Niger yellowcake story, more than any other.
There was one man in the world who knew of Wilson's trip to Niger as well as he knew about the identity of Wilson's wife.
In preparing his July 14 article, "Mission to Niger," there was one man in the world who Robert Novak would have contacted before any other.
The man's name is Dick Cheney.
The yellowcake story was Cheney's baby.
Joseph Wilson killed Dick Cheney's baby.<<<

>>>"Air Force Lt. Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski, who worked in the Pentagon until her retirement, was with the Office of Special Plans: 'What I saw was aberrant, pervasive and contrary to good order and discipline,' Kwiatkowski wrote recently. 'If one is seeking the answers to why peculiar bits of 'intelligence' found sanctity in a presidential speech, or why the post-Saddam occupation has been distinguished by confusion and false steps, one need look no further than the process inside the Office of the Secretary of Defense.' She described the activities of Rumsfeld's Office of Special Plans as, 'A subversion of constitutional limits on executive power and a co-optation through deceit of a large segment of the Congress.' <<<

>>>In the days after September 11 terrorist attacks, Paul Wolfowitz and Douglas Feith started cooking intelligence to meet the needs of the radically new foreign and military policy that included regime change in Iraq as its top priority.
To bolster the Iraq war party, they needed intelligence that would persuade the U.S. public and policymakers that Saddam Hussein’s regime should be one of the first targets of the war on terrorism. Convinced that the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the State Department would not provide them with type of alarmist threat assessments necessary to justify a preventive war, they created their own tightly controlled intelligence operation at the top levels of the Pentagon bureaucracy.
The day after the September 11 attacks Wolfowitz authorized the creation of an informal team focused on ferreting out damaging intelligence about Iraq. This loosely organized team soon became the Office of Special Plans (OSP) directed by Abram Shulksy, formerly of RAND and the National Strategy Information Center (NSIC). The objective of this closet intelligence team, according to Rumsfeld, was to “search for information on Iraq’s hostile intentions or links to terrorists.” OSP’s mission was to create intelligence that the Pentagon and vice president could use to press their case for an Iraq invasion with the president and Congress.<<<
Amazing. FBI chief Mueller states emphatically on 12 Sept 2001 (and without any apparent investigation) that the attack on the 11th was caused by Osama bin Laden, who was operating under cover of the Taliban from Afghanistan, but the Bush administration is completely disinterested to even look for him. All that concerns them is to find/make reasons to get into Iraq. One therefore asks a rhetorical question, "Why is Iraq more important than finding those who the FBI chief says are responsible for 9-11 --- and when there is absolutely no evidence that Saddam was involved?"
They had to know the story was bullshit. |
