Absolutely! We should lock down any area that is giving trouble, and lock it down HARD! Go house-to-house, business-to-business, mosque-to-mosque. Turn the place upside down. Seize any weapons, take into custody anyone who might be affiliated with the insurgents. Implement a dusk-to-dawn curfew and shoot anyone on sight if they violate the curfew. Keep the area locked down until the threat is removed. In my opinion, that is what we should do. Too many soldiers have died already.
