When will the public's patience wear out on Iraq?

Never, the dolts who populate this country have been conditioned to like war (even if it kills their loved ones and diverts precious resources that could be better spent at home). There's nothing the average American idiot likes more than when the U.S. is kicking ass in some foreign country. It took them 10 years to wake them up to the fact that Viet Nam was a big mistake, and even today some try to defend the Viet Nam war. The only thing that would turn public opinion against the war in Iraq would be a really deadly few months where 1,000s of U.S. troops came home in body bags. Perhaps, that would wake people up. But, I doubt it, they'd probably support sending more troops to get the job done, and turn it into a bigger quagmire. I know the conservatives have been trying to ignore the Q-word, but Iraq is on the verge of becomming a civil war/quagmire for the U.S. If we continue to have days like today, we'll have 300 dead in the month of April. That would certainly signal that the quagmire stage has begun.
