The US troops have gone into Iraq. The AQ followed them and now are engaging the US in street battles. Consequently, innocent Iraqi civilians are being killed by the dozens.

To say that we would rather have street battles with the AQ on someone else's streets instead of on US streets is absolutely not the US way. What we do not like happening on our streets is not what we should wish on others. This President, by making such statements invites ridicule for this country.

Bush should realize that he rather fight the AQ in the hills and mountains of Afghanistan instead of on Iraqi streets. Very soon the Iraqis will get fed up of the presence of US troops and as a nation demand that US troops get out of their country.

Their national cry: US get out of here, take AQ with you, go fight your battles elsewhere and leave Iraq alone so that we can return to peace.
