With the country? Not at all. My discomfort is entirely with the government. It is a totalitarian idea, to confuse the leader and government, with the nation. I love my country, and hate my (present) government. I get constantly accused of hating my country, when I attack the government (or the leader), as if they were all the same thing.
I "badmouth" the "patriots" who subvert the Constitution, wage wars of aggression, waste American lives and American money, and generally do the opposite of what Jefferson had in mind for the Republic.
Similarly, I "badmouth" the "Christians", who champion killing (wars, assassinations, executions), and generally do the opposite of what Christ said to do, in the Sermon on the Mount.
