Yeah, well, that is one reason why I remember our friend's bizarre comments on EUR/USD during that time.

My reasoning was pretty much as follows:

At about the same time, Haim was negative on the EUR when EUR/USD was about 1.06, and was making funny comments on why he thought EUR was rising against USD:

(1) Saying "the fast slide of the USD is intentional, done by hostile entities to damage the US credibility and economy"

(2) Saying Shiite uprising possibly responsible for slide in USD:

(3) Saying "no real news" to cause EUR's decline whereas the German recession was announced:

etc etc...

It is not that I enjoy ridiculing the guy. But seeing him say you should never listen to no analyst is well, a bit much imho, and suggests he needs a call to humility.
