My questions regarding SYNF:
Why did they raise so much capital in relative terms? The last stock sale for 10$ will bring their sharecount from 3.4M shares to over 10 million shares. Their capital ratios per Dec 31 2003 (before the stock sale) seemed OK, so why do they raise so much capital?
