material prices pushes mfrs toward more outsourcing
this is a point I have been stressing
first last summer, I had been talking about higher production costs
then in January, a response with even faster accelerating outsourcing reactions

we have the two ends working to wreck the real economy
higher costs will be passed along as higher prices
but wages will continue to suffer at outsourcing continues
that spells stagflation in my book
