AMD is making money now, and as long as they are cash flow positive and have plenty of cash for ops (which they do), thats all that should matter. I know intel likes to bring up what AMD could do 10 years ago but the only issue relevant now is how competitive AMD is today, and they are very competitive. Intel has some things up their sleeve with these new solid state TVs and if they can get that going then Intel will be poised well for the future but right now with new ventures as unknown AMD is a better investment than Intel. finance.yahoo.com
