Novartis was strongly recommended by a Manhattan hedge fund, Rudman Partners, in this week's Barrons. At the then-price of 75-76, they thought the stock has a "one-third" upside within 12 months, an implicit target of 100. They termed the company's pipeline "extraordinarily rich." Well, at 72, the stock is even cheaper. I'm thinking of buying more (I was in at 58), Anyone out there have any opnion? Any TA perspective? Thanks in advance for any info! Chuck Edwards
