At mid-day today--three trading days later--UBET reached $5.30.

I guess TVG:

(1) didn't think UBET was worth $1.69;

(2) didn't want to lay out $36M;

(3 feared possible anti-trust action in holding a majority in a competitor;

(4) has bigger things in mind for TVG
