<The UN is corrupt to the core.> The UN has proven to be infinitely more effective than the US at doing a number of things, like disarming Iraq -- and the US could teach the UN a thing or two about corruption, and no doubt already has by using US taxpayer money to deliver Iraq to a handful of special interests, although the "prize" is being delivered as seriously damaged goods.
